BSL Standard Purchase Terms & Conditions

You shall be deemed to have agreed to the below terms and conditions by accepting the Payment Terms, Purchase Order procedure, Delivering the goods, and/or receiving services from BSL.

Payment Info

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
  • BSL accepts the following payment method in Wire Transfers, Letters of Credit, MasterCard, or Visa.
  • Buyers may apply for a credit account. Invoices are issued after container delivery.
    Please contact us for a Buyer account application.
  • Identification for additional security reference checks might be needed as per BSL conditions and terms.
  • Personal checks & money orders are not acceptable.

Refund, Exchange & Order Cancellation

  • All orders are final sales and non-refundable. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except for incorrect items sent.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning items for item exchange. (Products can be exchanged ONLY in IICL6 condition.)
  • Exchange will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • All exchanges are responsible for the clients and must be shipped to the assigned return locations by BSL.
  • Each order cancellation and return will incur a cancellation fee, which is 20% of the total price, except shipping and handling fees.
  • If you made a payment by credit card, a refund will be returned to your credit card account. This process may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank policy.
  • Exchange can only be entitled to goods valued the same amount or more.

Customs & Duties

  • The Buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping agency proactively to collect your shipment upon receipt of notification from the shipping agency/ customs for undelivered shipment/ delivery being retained.
  • BSL will not assume liability for payment of customs duties, import taxes/ tariffs, customs seizures/ confiscations, local sales taxes, and or other applicable fees and taxes. Those charges will be incurred for goods being retained at Customs.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper customs clearance, import taxes/ tariffs, and customs seizures/ confiscations.
  • One Way Free Use containers are delivered under temporary importation.

eShop Overseas Stock Units – Delivery Process

  1. Once an order is placed, BSL side will contact the Buyer to confirm all order details and trade terms.
  2. The Buyer is required to confirm the delivery/ pick up details within 7 days to proceed with the order confirmation.
  3. The overseas stock units are available to pick up within 3-5 business days once the stock inventory is confirmed.

New Production – One Way Free Use (1 Tripper) Delivery Process

  1. One Way Free Use delivery can be arranged by BSL from China to most major port cities.
  2. After completion of the Product in China, BSL will liaise with shipping lines to arrange One Way Free Use.
  3. Shipping line will load the new container with cargoes on board and make a one-way trip to the Buyer’s destination city. The delivery time is between 60-90 days (depending on the marine traffic).
  4. Shipping line will return the empty containers to either BSL or the Buyer’s depot at the destination by truck.
  5. The containers must be picked up by the Buyer within 14 days after arrival at the depot.

  • Bulk/ New Build Order

  • For bulk/ new build orders, please send your inquiry to [email protected]
  • Please share all the requirements and details, such as drawings, and sample pictures, container type, location and timeline for checking the feasibility with BSL Sales Team.
  • Custom-made Container

  • For custom-made units, the Buyer is requested to specify all the details and requirements (e.g., Drawings, sample pictures) for checking.
  • For stock available in the overseas depot, BSL will share the shipping arrangement once all the payment is settled from the Buyer’s side.
  • Stock Available Nearby

  • For stock available nearby, BSL will share the shipping arrangement once all the payment is settled from the Buyer’s side.
  • BSL allows a certain period of free storage for stock release units. Once expired, an additional storage charge might be incurred and need to be paid by the Buyer.
  • New Built/ Upcoming Container

  • For new built/ upcoming units, BSL will reserve the space for storing the confirmed orders, and update the clients’ order status promptly.
